The SCI Cloud Portal (our proprietary software) is flexible and scalable to meet the needs of any business across a wide array of industries. Our base software and service package is ideal for start-ups and small businesses ranging in size 1 - 50 employees.
Some standard features of our software include:
- Content management system (CMS) - allows you to easily create and update the pages of your website with little training and support. You can access your websites controls via your PC or a mobile device (any device that can connect you to and allow you to browse the Internet).
- Contact relationship management (CRM) - allows you to capture leads from your website and securely store all your contacts in one place that can be accessed anytime, by any device (mobile or otherwise). You can use this contact manager as one central database for all your contacts or you can export the collected contacts from your website to any other database system.
- Email management - you can control the email accounts used by your firm through your admin panel.
- Marketing and analytics - You can delegate marketing tasks and monitor your web traffic from your admin panel and, optionally interact with the most popular social media sites (currently Facebook and twitter).
With each website account we include the software, full-service hosting, maintenance, data backups, security monitoring and ongoing training and support. Other services, such as domain management and graphic design, are available upon request.
