    • Collect and track website leads with our convenient and simple contact manager and proprietary Point of Contact (POC) system
    • With one click you can export your website leads to any email account or customer relationship management (CRM) software / service
    • You can use the SCI Portal for your own company-wide contact manager and store unlimited number of contacts that can be accessed anytime from any web-enabled device
    • Use our proprietary POC system to create targetable lead forms and track your contacts by lead source

  • View Google Analytics data conveniently from your SCI Cloud control panel:  
    • Compare traffic statistics from Google with administrator activity statistics (from your site's database) and gain valuable insight into your site’s user activities and your employees' marketing efforts
    • Google Analytics statistics are presented in easy-to-read charts and graphs created using Google's Visualization API

  • Your SCI Portal dashboard analytics provide you with all these standard features:

    • Admin Activity - Displays a graph showing website admin activity for the most recent week, month and quarter.  This data is a useful indicator of the freshness of your site's content.
    • Visitor Statistics Summary - A quick look at your traffic trends for the last month vs. the latest quarter.
    • Bandwidth / Data Usage - These gauges tell you how much data you are storing on your site and what level of data is being transmitted to your site's users.  For more information see "Data Storage" and "Bandwidth" features below.
    • Website Breakdown - A summary view of the data components that comprise your website and social media activities.
    • Request Support - A direct link to your SCI Portal support team.  You can use this form for general inquiries, tech and billing support, or new design or extension requests.

  • You can create and manage unlimited admin user accounts through the SCI Portal.  You can set access privileges for each user account.  This ensures that all employees can have controlled access to important data that will help them do their jobs more effectively, and you can delegate marketing and content writing tasks to admin users without the fear that one user can destroy all your company's precious data.

    You are not limited to a specific number of user licenses or authorized computers to access your SCI Portal. Create and manage as many user accounts as you like.

  • A unique feature of the SCI Portal is its email management system.  You have direct access to conveniently create and manage company email accounts through our cloud system.  You do not need to understand or access your server to configure email accounts.

  • We offer ongoing training and support to every client that maintains a monthly service contract.  You can contact us directly through your SCI Portal control panel or use the contact form on this website.

  • + Data Maintenance & Recovery X

  • In addition to ongoing training and support, we provide automated data backup services.  We monitor all accounts to ensure maximum uptime of your websites and, in the event of a malicious attack on your system, we restore your files to the last available, safe backup.  We use an industry standard, off-site and multiple redundancy storage scheme to ensure your data is safe and secure.

  • + Data Storage up to 10GB

  • Your SCI Portal is scalable, as your data requirements increase so will your storage capacity.  You start at 10GB and each additional GB is just $0.99.  You don't have to worry, your SCI Webmaster will monitor and manage your data storage for you.

  • + Bandwidth up to 50GB

  • As with your data storage, your bandwidth is also scalable.  You start at 50GB and it's only $0.99 for additional blocks of 5GB.  Your SCI Webmaster will monitor and manage your bandwidth for you.

  • + Increased Security Services available

  • While all SCI Portal systems are secure you can optionally request increased security.  We can provide 128-bit SSL encryption for your webpages for an additional fee and we have 24-hour security monitoring packages available for systems that collect and store sensitive information, like client billing and credit card data or client documents.


  • + Search Engine Optimization (SEO) available

  • Let SCI optimize your content and execute search engine optimization strategy (SEO) for your business.  We can customize a strategy to any size budget. 


  • + Graphic Design Services available

  • The SCI Portal can be connected to any existing website but, while you are upgrading your technology, you may also want to give your business a cosmetic upgrade.  SCI can source and manage your graphic design needs for you.

  • + Domain Managment available

  • SCI will buy and manage domain names for your business.
